How long does my order take to ship?

As a company, we stride to provide the best shipping experience. Orders are processed within 1 business day and are delivered in 2-3 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at the end of the checkout.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, Medicool provides international shipping at an additional shipping price added at the end of the checkout. International shipping can take up to 7-14 business days for delivery.

What is your return policy? 

All returns are eligible within 10 days of the shipping arrival date. If the item is in original packaging, unused and within the 10 day return window, a full refund to original payment will be provided. To return your product, reach out to customer service. You will be responsible for the payment of return shipping costs.
